Refunds

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be issued in the following cases:

• Products delivered as per the approved design or specifications

• Change of mind or dissatisfaction without a valid reason

• Delays caused by logistics, courier services, or other circumstances beyond our control

Refund Timeline

All approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.

Return & Exchange Policy

We strive to ensure that all items reach you in perfect condition. If, however, an issue arises, we offer exchanges on non-customized items under specific conditions.

Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange if:

  These items are created uniquely for your order and cannot be resold or repurposed.

Exchange Shipping Costs
